There was a time when people measured space with steps, but nowadays everything is rapidly developing and the company which is responsible for the safe and comfortable mobility of people cannot work without accurate calculations that metrology provides. The transport industry needs competent specialists who are able to efficiently solve the following tasks: ensuring the quality of products or services; establishing, implementing and monitoring standards, rules and requirements for products and technological processes; developing metrological support, metrological control and supervision aimed at maintaining the unity of measurements, high quality, efficiency and safety of products, creating quality management systems; ensuring the functioning of systems for confirming the compliance of products, processes and services with specified requirements.
